Here's what I've been loving!

I first spotted this ring on Instagram and followed the maker. Check out her pics at anniep1124. All of her rings are gorgeous, and I had to go with the sunflower. 

 I recently did a review of this body powder from Lush and I am loving it so much! It smells wonderful and gives off a gorgeous shimmer.

This has been one of my favorites for months now! I just bought the full size tube, and I love having the normal sized one rather than the sample.

I am obsessed with this color!! And all of the other colors too! These Revlon Colorbursts are amazing!

I'm keeping it short this month! Have you tried any of these products? Do you love them as much as I do? 

Get Ready With Me: MAC Red

Hello friends!

Let's get ready, shall we?

Today I'm feeling the color red. I love it and it's a bright and sunny day here in Arizona, as usual. So I went with a bright red theme.

For makeup I had to put on some Mac Red lipstick!

 I've used Tarte eyeshadow, blush, and mascara.

For hair I took my straightener and curled a few bits for some wave, then threw a hat on.

What's In My Bag?

Do you ever wonder what's in my bag? 

No? 

I didn't think so.

But here I am showing you anyway! 

There's a couple odd things here...like why would I have Midol PM in my bag? Do I often need that? Am I out at night and think that it would be a good time to take it and fall asleep wherever I am? No. 

It actually has Ibuprofen in it in case I get a headache, which happens a lot. 

That little eos thingy is a hand lotion. I love it! Have you tried it?

The bag that says Golla is my camera case and it usually holds my camera, but I was holding the camera to take the picture. The bag has splotches of paint all over it because after I'm done with a painting that I'm giving away I like to take a picture. At that point my hands are covered in paint. 

And then there's the Dr Pepper lip balm. Probably the most eccentric item in my bag. I don't even know how to explain it. I have never used it and I don't remember where it came from, but I love Dr Pepper so I like it in my purse.

Do you have any weird things in your bag that you won't take out for no reason?

I thought I'd do a quick post about what I've picked up from the drugstore this week.

I love this nail polish so much! It's perfect for spring. I had never tried an Essie nail polish until yesterday and I'm so glad I did! 

 Everyone has been raving about the Stay Matte powder so I thought I'd give it a go.

We already know that I love the Revlon Colorburst balms, and I loved how this purple looked on my friend Lauren over on Britton Loves. Red is my usual color so it's nice to have a totally different look.

Lush Lustre Body Powder

Lush Lustre Body Powder ($15.95)

Jasmine scented dusting powder for a golden-bronze lustre. 

I bought this a few weeks ago from Lush and was super excited to use it, and it did not disappoint. It only takes a little bit of product, and all you have to do is brush it onto your skin wherever you want, and it gives off the best smell and the nicest shimmer. 

I put it on my chest, especially when I wear dresses, and I love it. In the sunlight it is gorgeous. 

Another way you can use this is to put it in your hair. I have blond hair so the gold shimmer works really well with it, making it smell so good. 

If you don't want to brush it on your skin you can mix it in with some lotion and have an all over glow. 

The possibilities for this product are amazing and it's definitely worth the buy. I love it, and I really like how much product it comes with. This stuff will last a while!

OOTD: Hello Spring

This is one of my favorite dresses. It's simple but looks great when accessorized with a belt. The back is gorgeous and is what made me buy it in the first place.

10 Things In My House

I've seen people do posts on ten thing in their room, and I've liked them a lot. 

So I'm going to do ten things in my house.

Here's an open invitation to stalk where I live!

Let's take a peek into my home, shall we? 

1)I told my husband that I wanted unique shelves in our living room, and so for my last birthday he made them for me.

2) Book shelves in my "Art Room". I read a lot, so I have a ton of books...as you can see.

3) Chalkboard wall in my art room. 

4) The reason why it's called my art room. I'm a bit of an artist. Not professional or anything. But there are some of my paintings I've done. 

5) My wall of weird.

6) Tortilla the Tortoise. 

7) My beloved type writer.

8) Picture in my bathroom.

9) Mug holder! Another thing I asked for and then my husband made it happen. 

10) Chalkboard in my kitchen. It just so happens to have a love note from my husband. :)
