Pink Dolls Kill Dress (Easter OOTD)

Dress- Dolls Kill
Socks- Sock Dreams
Lips- Lime Crime 'Cupid'

Happy (late) Easter!!

I buy all of my outfits really early. I look for Christmas dresses starting in October.
It's much the same for Easter dresses, so I bought this dress thinking we'd be going out and celebrating with my whole family.
Turns out we ended up having a little Easter garden party in our own backyard. Only Jason and Jack were invited!
So exclusive ;)

And since I already had the dress, I was obviously going to still get all dressed up.
I love this dress a lot! It has a vintage feel with those puffy sleeves and is super comfortable. I think it's the perfect cut for my body type too. And that pale pink color is a hit for spring time.
Since we were hanging out at home I didn't feel the need to wear shoes, just some knee high socks from Sock Dreams. If you're looking for some amazing sock choices check them out ASAP! They're a small business, and we've got to support those especially now.

For dinner Jason made the most delicious lobster meal! Jack had a little egg hunt, and he was so cute doing it!
Hopefully next year he'll be able to do an egg hunt with his cousins!

Pink Boiler Suit OOTD

Pink Boiler Suit- Target
Heels- Forever21
Lips- Lime Crime 'Pink Velvet'

For this Valentine's Day I really wanted a pink boiler suit.

I've been wanting a pink suit like this for a very long time and I finally found just what I was looking for from Target.

I recently bought a few Lime Crime liquid lipstick's. A pink, nude, and dark red. These lipsticks are SOOO good!! Especially this pink color. I love it and have been wearing it everyday since I bought it. It's the perfect pink Valentine's Day color. I usually go for red, but I'm definitely leaning more towards pink shades lately.

For Christmas my mom got me a gel manicure kit to do at home, and I'm never doing normal nail polish again! If you know how to do gel nails it's a life changer! Gel nail polish stays on forever.
I did a cutesy little Valentine inspired manicure and it turned out just the way I imagined. I saw Valentine's Day candy corn at a grocery store recently and that's what inspired my manicure.

While taking these pics my baby boy was playing in the grass...until he wasn't. He wanted to join me, so here's one pic with him. :D
Happy Valentine's Day!!!

P.S. I know I haven't posted in a while on my blog or on YouTube, but I am always active on Instagram. @ChriSimonton
If you're ever wondering what I'm up to that's the best place to catch up with me.

I love vintage dresses, and so I decided to focus on some fall and winter styles.

Accessorizing  is key for these looks, especially that pink beret. You'll find me wearing all the beret's in every color this fall/winter.
I think that first red dress would be perfect for Christmas! It's so unique and gorgeous with that cape.

And the black 1920's dress is gorgeous! The fringe on the bottom is the perfect detail.

Morton Salt Girl Halloween Costume

Dress- Shein
Shoes- Shein
Umbrella- Amazon

This year for Halloween I'm dressing up as the Morton Salt Girl!
I've always really liked the packaging to this salt because it looks so vintage, and you all know I'm a sucker for anything vintage.

I thought about dressing up as her a couple years ago but haven't been able to until this year. I love how it turned out! This is one of those home made costumes where I put all the pieces together and even had to make a few things...this salt doesn't come in that big of a container, so I made my own.
I also had to paint the hook part of the umbrella yellow.

I'm not sure if these pictures have picked it up, but my cheeks are covered in chunky glitter to represent salt, and I thought a red lip really pulled it all together (thanks to my husband for helping me pick a lipstick! I really had a hard time figuring out what would work best).

I'm so glad I finally got to dress up as her for Halloween.
I sure do love all that yellow!

Pennywise The Clown Halloween Outfit

 Shirt- Walmart
Boots-Dr.Martens

This Halloween people are going crazy over Pennywise The Clown, and I am one of those people!
I love both of the It movies, and so I felt extremely inspired to try out a Pennywise inspired makeup.

I didn't really want to dress up as Pennywise though, so I went searching for a 'You'll Float Too' shirt, and I found the perfect one, surprisingly, at Walmart.com.
It was a really good deal so I snagged it!

All that was left is a red balloon and a rad makeup look! I know this doesn't look exactly like Pennywise, but it was super easy and totally wearable for Halloween night!

I am so excited for Halloween!!
What is everyone dressing as?

Halloween Costume for Glasses

Hat- Shein
Sweater- Amazon
Shorts- Shein
Socks- I can't remember...but if I had to guess Walmart
Boots- Primark
Glasses- Firmoo

Last year I did a Halloween look featuring glasses, and this year Firmoo reached out again and asked me to do another.

I decided to do a  Jack-O-Lantern look.
I liked the idea of this because it really concentrates on the mouth, leaving the eyes free for glasses, plus the glasses work as the Jack-O-Lantern's eyes.

I always love picking up a few spooky pieces every year for the Halloween season, and this year I got this sweater, and a pair of Jack-O-Lantern earrings. I'm not sure you can spot the earrings in these pics, but they are there! I've also been into beret's lately, and this one works as a sort of Jack-O-Lantern topper.

I painted on the mouth with water activated face paint, and I love how it all turned out!!

Are you excited for spooky season??
I'm definitely ready for it!!!

Retro Stage Vintage Dresses Review

1950's Polka Dot Dress-Retro Stage
Sandals-Wholesale Fashion Shoes
Tennis Shoes-Rue21

I recently did a video reviewing a website called Retro Stage, and shortly after posting it they reached out to me and asked if they could send me a couple dresses. I was super excited about it because I loved the first dress I bought!!

This polka dot dress is the cutest ever!! I love it so much, and I have a big love for 1950's inspired clothing. The fit of this dress is perfect, and I paired it with two different shoes.

The first is a classic pair of white heel sandals. I wear these a ton in the summer!

Then I paired it with plain white tennis shoes and ankle socks. This gave me the opportunity to jump and run!
Because that's what you're supposed to do in dresses, right??

Gray 1920's Fringe Gatsby Dress-Retro Stage
Heels-I can't remember where I got these...maybe Burlington. I have no idea.

The second dress I chose is this amazing 1920's inspired dress!
I love The Great Gatsby, and this dress is perfect for that!
If you are looking to dress up like you're going to a party at Gatsby's, then Retro Stage is the website for you!

There are a ton of different 20's inspired dresses, but I love the fringe on this dress!! When walking or dancing or running or whatever movement you do, this dress looks stunning!! The fringe sways and it's just gorgeous!

I have a coupon you can use to get 15% off!! I'm super excited about this!
Just use the code: CHRISTINA
On the website!

I did a video where you can see both of these dresses in action!
Check that out here!
