OOTD: Boyfriend Shorts

As I was strolling through Old Navy the other day I saw a million signs proclaiming 'BOYFRIEND SHORTS' which I had never ever heard of, but hey I'm up for trying any passing fashion trend.

So I tried on these beauties. They've got that cute patchy look which makes me think of scarecrows which makes me think of The Wizard Of Oz which makes me one happy person!!

These shorts are super comfy!! As you can tell they are oversized...is that why they're called boyfriend shorts?? IDK. I'm used to wearing a loose oversized shirt with tights or skinny jeans, but I'm all for flipping that around and wearing loose shorts with a tight shirt. I think it's pretty cute!

And I just got these white high top converse that I am in love with!!!

I've been loving some extra bright colors lately! I'll admit that I've always really loved super bright and in your face colors. :) 

I think the scarf and the purse are lovely for the summer months, and although I like the bright colors, I honestly can't wait until summer is over. I know in some places the weather is already getting cold! How is that possible!? You lucky ducks! Share some of that with me. I need more sweater weather in my life. 

But as for now it is summer and summer is still going strong. So I'm still pulling out my bright tops and scarves for the time being and enjoying the sunshine.

Here's one of the outfits that I wore in my Summer LookBook over on YouTube. I think people especially liked this outfit! I like it too :D :D

The floral...thing (does anyone know what it's called???) is one of my favorite newer purchases. I love to throw it over an outfit and it makes it look like I tried really hard to look cute! Also, it's perfect for summer.

I found these giant leaves while filming and I thought they were cool. I have never seen leaves that big. I think you can tell by my expression that I was just thrilled!
